Hello! I am Mrs. Rodgers, and I have been here at Lake Joy Primary since 2011! I graduated in 2008 from Macon State College with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I was a kindergarten paraprofessional for 3 years after that. I started teaching Pre-K in 2012, and it's my favorite place to be! I love each of these kids like my own! When they are here, they are "my babies!" Pre-K is a foundational age, and I am so blessed to be a part of their first year in school! 

I have a wonderful husband, Blake, and the sweetest baby boy, Waylon. I have a crazy Boykin Spaniel named Daisy Mae. We live on a small farm and have lots of chickens and rabbits. Daisy Mae loves chasing the rabbits through the yard, and Waylon loves watching her run around and act silly! I love my family at home, and I love my Lake Joy family! I can't wait to start this year with you!
