Hello! This is my 29th year teaching, and my 3rd year in PreK! I am sooo very excited to be in PreK again this year! I love PreK! It is the greatest year because I get the joy of making children fall in love with and have a yearning for reading! I have also taught Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.  My family is from the mountains of NC and earned my Bachelors degree from Lenoir Rhyne University. This is our 21st year living in Georgia. My husband Jeff and I have 3 children. Our oldest son Blake is 29, Alec is 26, and Madilee is 21. We also have a house full of large fur children.(3 German Shepherds and a Golden Retriever) When I get any spare time, my favorite place to be is with my granddaughter Ivy -and a new baby boy coming around Thanksgiving, crafting, or buried in a blanket with a good book!
